Frequently Asked Questions

Is permanent jewellery suitable for everybody?

Mostly yes. However, anyone with a pacemaker/defibrillator, epilepsy or a metal allergy sadly won’t be able to have permanent jewellery.

You can still benefit from The Eternal Experience by selecting a chain and charm and then I will weld a clasp onto the jewellery instead of a connector.

Are there any age restrictions?

I am unable to weld anyone under the age of 18. If you are lucky enough to look around this age, please bring some ID with you.

If you are under 18 you can still be part of The Eternal Experience. You can still select a chain and charm and then I will weld a clasp onto the jewellery so that you can remove it.

If you come back once you have turned 18 and your bracelet still fits, I will then weld it to you free of charge.

What if I need to remove my jewellery?

Permanent Jewellery is designed to be worn all of the time and doesn’t need to be removed for things like showering or airport security.

However, if you do need to remove it, for example to undergo an MRI scan or surgery and it needs to be removed I can certainly do that for you and re weld it at a later date for a small charge.
